Vila-seca

Committed

This destination is in the process of certification.

Vila-seca has established itself as a municipality where sustainability is a strategic pillar of development. Restored spaces such as the Torre d’en Dolça Park and the Natura 2000 Network areas, including Séquia Major and Prats d’Albinyana, both of high ecological value, contribute to preserving the biodiversity and natural heritage of the region.
Vila-seca, La Pineda Platja promotes a responsible and innovative tourism model. The environmental and landscape restoration project of the La Pineda seafront promenade has made it possible to remove the former road and eliminate 9,300 m² of asphalt, restore the dune system, gain 7,400 m² of sand, and widen the beach by more than 20 metres along over 1 km of promenade, with the planting of more than 3,700 plant species.
The commitment to service excellence and respect for the environment consolidates Vila-seca as a sustainable and innovative Mediterranean destination, aligned with new tourism demands.
