Diseñado bajo los más altos estándares de sostenibilidad en un área de 840 hectáreas, contempla una mínima ocupación edificatoria de apenas el 6,6%, priorizando el equilibrio entre conservación y regeneración ambiental con desarrollo socioeconómico y educativo en la región.
